This silver coin is collectible but I did not have the heart to take it out of this necklace because somebody went through a lot of trouble to create it. The coin is in a silver frame, I don’t know if the chain is sterling. This type of piece is often given to people for their birthday. The chain is 20” long and the medallion is 2 ½” x 2”.
