During the 30s, jewelry had to be beautiful and also practical since they were merging from the great depression. This rhinestone necklace, which is around 20” long and it’s over 1/2" in width, is extremely well made. What makes this necklace even more special is there are four links that can open up and divide the necklace into two full bracelets. Ingenious! How you wear it with the heavy detail rhinestone on either side or one in the back and one in the front, it is all up to you. One bracelet has a safety chain and it is signed “Ora”, the other one is also signed “Ora” but has no safety chain. Each bracelet is 7” long”. This necklace is in excellent vintage condition.
