This Maltese cross has red heart shaped stones rather than the more common stones. The cross is 2 ¼ inches by 2 inches. It is a dazzling red unusual pin. The accompanying bracelet which passes itself off as a complete set may be cheating. The stones on the bracelet are not complete hearts and while it goes with the accompanying pin, I wonder why the heart stones are not there.
