This is an unusual necklace from its elaborated hook to the two strands of beads that consist of garnet, agate and jadeite. I don’t know if the silver beads are sterling or not, so I will assume it is not sterling. The necklace has two strands: the first strand is 18” long, the second one is almost 22” long. There is an extension chain of 2”.
