Exceptional Brutalist style necklace from the famed Italian costume jewelry design house of Bijoux Cascio. This piece was most likely produced during the late 1960s to mid 1970s when the label was working with the likes of Emilio Pucci, Mila Schön, Capucci, Sorelle Fontana, Ferragamo…to name a few. This particular statement necklace is fashioned from cast gold tone metal, and is studded with glass orbs that while clear, reflect with vibrant shades of teal, blue, and violet. This piece sits high on the collarbone with a length of approximately 16" and features a 3" drop in the front. It is signed "Bijoux Cascio" on the back of the pendant, along with what appears to be a style number of "2399". This is truly a stunning piece and is in excellent condition.
