Outstanding collectible signed Staret brooch. It is in the shape of a beautiful tulip with green enamel leaves and covered in crystals. The main tulip has a faux pearl. The enameling is all original condition and the brooch is in excellent vintage condition. It is signed “Staret”. It measures 4-1/2” long. The clasp is working well and the brooch is in excellent vintage condition.
